Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent and accurate communication with both internal and external customers regarding all aspects of order fulfillment.
- Oversee order and inventory management based on forecasting and other analytical models.
- Ensure timely and complete shipments.
- Manage projects for external customers, focusing on developing new business with existing clients.
- Achieve all financial goals related to cash flow for GPI concerning assigned accounts, including accounts receivable and working capital management.
- Engage in Lean Sigma initiatives and promote continuous improvement efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customer contacts.
- Act as a liaison between GPI and customers for all account management aspects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of customer account management.
- General experience with ERP business applications (SAP preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience or a proven track record of success.
- A four-year degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
