Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent and accurate communication with both internal and external customers regarding all aspects of order fulfillment.
  • Oversee order and inventory management based on forecasting and other analytical models.
  • Ensure timely and complete shipments.
  • Manage projects for external customers, focusing on developing new business with existing clients.
  • Achieve all financial goals related to cash flow for GPI concerning assigned accounts, including accounts receivable and working capital management.
  • Engage in Lean Sigma initiatives and promote continuous improvement efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customer contacts.
  • Act as a liaison between GPI and customers for all account management aspects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of customer account management.
  • General experience with ERP business applications (SAP preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience or a proven track record of success.
  • A four-year degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
