Client Operations Specialist

Homrich Berg LLC is seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Specialist to join our Client Services team. This critical support role serves as a liaison between our wealth managers, clients, and internal Operations team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Excel and experience working with systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM Sales Force are highly desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively resolving client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up
- Preparing and processing investment account applications, account transfers, and other financial transactions
- Preparing customized client reports and maintaining accurate records
- Tracking outstanding client transfers and purchases/redemptions of alternative assets
- Organizing and tracking activities and action items
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and 1-3 years of operations experience in the financial services industry.
