Job Title: Sales Director

New Castle Building Products is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our outside sales team and drive sales growth. This role involves coaching and developing our sales team, setting clear objectives, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and hit sales targets.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs within our CRM, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manufacturing partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
