Job Summary

The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for enterprise accounts. This role requires leadership and strategic planning to expand the customer base and develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the business services and enterprise sector of telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate account strategies to grow the business and relationships within enterprise accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities with partner companies
  • Maximize new monthly recurring revenue from commercial accounts and retain existing customers
  • Build a high-performance team, including hiring and retaining the right talent, setting goals, and delegating work
  • Develop and maintain account plans and detailed financial forecasts
  • Conduct accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • College degree required
  • Minimum of five years sales leadership experience in the business services and enterprise sector of telecommunications
  • Minimum of eight years sales experience, including sales management
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize effectively
  • Strong people and relationship management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong presentation and sales skills
