Job Title: Sales Manager

At New Castle Building Products, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our outside sales team and drive sales growth. This role involves coaching and developing our sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop our Outside Sales team, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and hit sales targets.
  • Monitor and track sales metrics and KPIs within our CRM, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manufacturing partners, traveling for in-person meetings as needed.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market, collaborating with senior leadership to develop pricing policies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
