Job Summary

Weaver is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to provide administrative support to our internal staff and external clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently answering and distributing incoming calls, greeting vendors, clients, and other visitors, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide administrative support to internal staff, including scanning, filing, database maintenance, and coordinating shipping and courier services
  • Communicate effectively with building management and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
