Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities and manage existing OEM customer accounts.

Job Description

LTF Technology is a product development and manufacturing company focused on innovative engineering design and manufacturing of electronic products such as power supplies, controllers, OEM fixtures, and LED lighting components.

The successful candidate will have a strong B2B sales and customer-focused background, with the ability to build customer confidence, increase customer satisfaction, and respond promptly to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with OEM purchasers and engineers to introduce LTF products and their advantages to OEMs.
  • Expand sales within the lighting manufacturers and electrical distribution channels.
  • Accountable for achieving sales, prices, and profit margins with customers within the territory.
  • Coordinate internal resources to obtain objectives and involve engineering and marketing support when necessary.
  • Ensure continuity of account relationships at all levels between the company and the accounts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Systematically work with the management team to analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends.
  • Detailed follow-up and resolution of customer requests.
  • Travel for trade shows or customer visits as required.
