Regional Sales Manager

GPAC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Northern Idaho, Washington, and Western Montana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the regional market to achieve sales and profit goals, designing and recommending sales programs, and setting short- and long-term sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the regional market to achieve sales and profit goals
- Design and recommend sales programs to meet company objectives
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market analyses to enhance our competitive advantage
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with customers
- Resolve contractual customer problems and issues
- Manage assigned sales specific programs, including budget, objectives, and outcomes
- Collaborate with others on company-wide sales initiatives
- Provide knowledgeable technical support for customers
- 4+ years of experience in Asphalt Sales or related field
- 1-3 years of regional sales management level experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or construction management or engineering preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the Asphalt Sales function and department processes
- Proficiency with computers and experience with Microsoft Office
- Possess a valid driver's license without limitations
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proven record as a strong team player
