Regional Sales Manager

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 9-10 Vision Territory Managers (VTMs) in the Chicago, IL region. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth through exceptional sales execution, personnel development, and strengthening customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed region sales quota and key execution metrics
  • Coach and manage VTMs to effectively conduct sales calls with Eye Care Practitioners (ECPs)
  • Develop region business plans for sustainable growth
  • Effectively manage VTM sales performance and develop key stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience and 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience
  • Outstanding leadership characteristics and ability to inspire a team
  • Strategic thinking and efficient decision-making capabilities
