About the Role:

The Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day sales process, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded. They will develop, implement, and track effective sales strategies, training programs, and performance metrics tied to company goals. The ideal candidate will utilize a data-informed approach to evaluate performance, make adjustments to processes and goals, and drive success in sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales management, within the solar & energy efficiency industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial solar sales, with at least 5 years in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication, etc., and/or a track record clearly exhibiting the accumulation of expert-level sales knowledge, tied to verifiable results
  • Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote and in-office work environment
