**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Territory Director to lead our efforts in the New Mexico and El Paso, TX area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products in your assigned territory. You will work closely with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet or exceed territory goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive growth and adoption of Sequel products
- Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote Sequel products for people with diabetes
- Collaborate with customer care and sales support teams to optimize user experience and resolve issues
- Communicate HCP feedback cross-functionally to improve product development and solve problems
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a demonstrated history of success
- Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote team collaboration. A strong understanding of diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care is also required. We offer a competitive salary of **$140,000 - $170,000 per year**, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
