The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager (TM) to expand our sales team. You will work out of our Albuquerque, NM location and be responsible for developing and offering solutions to new and existing customer accounts, increasing sales across a defined territory.

Salary and Benefits
$45,000-85,000 per year, with commission and bonuses. Our benefits package includes medical coverage, dental, vision, 401k, paid PTO, holidays, HSA options, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and AD&D Insurance.

Job Description
As a Territory Manager, you will utilize a consultative sales process to develop and offer solutions to new and existing customer accounts, increasing sales across a defined territory. You will work in a competitive environment that rewards driven, goal-oriented, and high-performing individuals.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of documented successful direct sales experience.
- Excellent sales skills with documented success in growing a sales territory.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-countering skills.
- Excellent computer/technology skills.
- Skill in proactively communicating (both verbal and written) to establish relationships and influence decisions.

Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience in the HVAC/R industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience in a similar contractor-based sales environment is preferable.
