About the Job

Arrow International is looking for a skilled Territory Account Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on sales/marketing or relevant equivalent proven field sales experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of successful sales experience, calling on customers and closing sales.
  • Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Compensation:

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.
