We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the OEM market.

**Job Summary:**

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customers and expand business with existing clients. This includes managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities and grow existing business.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, application engineering, and marketing, to drive business growth and improve processes.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of successful inside/outside sales experience within the industrial market space.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Technical mindset with experience within the OEM market a plus.
  • Must have a hunter mentality and ability to work independently from a home office.
  • Proficient in MS Office, NetSuite, ZoomInfo, and social media networking.

**Work Environment:**

  • Reports to National Sales Manager and works closely with Customer Service, Application Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Home office required with dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.
  • 25-50% out-of-area overnight travel required, comfortable working on the road.

**Compensation:** The estimated salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
