Job Summary

GreatAmerica Financial Services is a leading provider of equipment financing solutions to businesses across the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Support Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound interactions, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize consultative skills to identify and provide solutions to customer needs, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

  • Meet or exceed daily core responsibilities, including but not limited to:

    • Inbound and outbound customer service interactions

    • Providing good oral and written correspondence with internal and external customers

    • Consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions

    • Understanding various types of agreements and end-of-term processes

    • Consistently meeting or exceeding daily core responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent education/experience.

  • Customer Service certificate training program or 6 months customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
