Job Title: Regional Sales Manager for K-12 Food Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and managing operations within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically grow the company's presence in the K-12 segment by introducing and expanding a new food product line.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, distributors, and other industry partners.
  • Manage sales teams and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the K-12 segment and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
