Regional Sales Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Corporate Connections LLC. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline, and forecast
  • Coach and develop individual team members to improve sales performance
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Extensive experience closing new business and working in a CRM
  • Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the region approximately 60 to 75% of the time
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
