  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of work experience in a healthcare-related field, preferably in a revenue cycle or clinical operations setting.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic PC and data entry skills, and knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette.
