Customer Service Specialist

Schwarzman Animal Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional patient experience and communication to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate patient appointments for Specialty Services
    • Triage and respond to client inquiries
    • Process referral requests from outside veterinarians and clients
    • Direct calls and respond to internal/external clients in a respectful and friendly manner
    • Update clients with status reports and patient information

Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Cornerstone EMR system, Alcatel-Lucent Phone system
  • Speed Typing: 40+wpm
  • Customer Service: Provide consistent and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Animal Care and Medical Terminology: A plus
  • Call Center Experience: A plus
  • Pleasant Speaking Voice: A must

Work Schedule: Flexible schedule to meet business needs
