  • Verify the appropriateness of program expenses in accordance with client specifications
  • Maintain accuracy of all program details within the web-based platform
  • Ensure all required documentation is uploaded to the web-based portal
  • Complete program reconciliations within the timelines established by clients
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to accomplish tasks
  • Undertake project assignments as directed by the supervisor

Required Qualifications

· Proficiency in Excel, Word, Internet browsers, and QuickBooks

· A bachelor's degree is preferred

· Strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills
