Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist / Engineer to join our team at Los Angeles International Airport. This role is responsible for providing on-site hardware and software support to internal and external customers.

  • Provide field operations support to customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as the customer Point-of-Contact and coordinate the scheduling of onsite support with Customer's internal resolver groups and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained.
  • Carry out onsite repairs of faulty equipment and services to the highest standards and coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver group.
  • Perform site surveys for new customer sites for preparation for new product and services installation under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points.
  • CARRY OUT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AGREED SCHEDULES AND TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in onsite support activities and repairs of PCs, Printers, LAN WAN equipment & Audio/Video Displays.
  • Experience with onsite support with users in support of Service Level Agreements.
  • A strong understanding of Windows 10 desktop support, printers, audio/video displays, and kiosk support.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
