Position Overview:
As a Senior Process Associate, you will be responsible for executing transactions in accordance with established guidelines and timelines. Your role will involve reviewing and validating inputs from team members, assisting your manager with training initiatives, conducting daily operational reviews, and facilitating escalation resolutions to meet service level agreement targets.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage processes to address eligibility exceptions within required regulatory timeframes, including enrollment file discrepancies, ID card generation issues, and PCP assignments.
2. Process COB eligibility accurately to ensure correct information is reflected in the enrollment system.
3. Support newborn enrollment functions, including call center inquiries, claims verification, and updates related to PCP assignments and enrollment records.
4. Assist in maintaining the integrity of eligibility tasks and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities to comply with regulatory requirements.

5. Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding eligibility, ID cards, and state enrollment transactions.
6. Reconcile eligibility data with State Agencies using various methods and document all transactions meticulously.


Qualifications:

Basic:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated analytical and innovative problem-solving abilities for both strategic and tactical challenges.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient decision-making capabilities and ability to review documents for accuracy and compliance.
