Key Responsibilities

This is a Full-Time position at Terros Health.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Bilingual candidates are preferred, with a differential pay available.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process consumer referrals for assistance.
  • Assess consumer benefit requirements.
  • Conduct interviews to complete necessary applications.
  • Assist consumers in gathering relevant documentation for application processing.
  • Track and support consumers throughout the application journey.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established expectations.
  • Monitor the completion of financial forms and relevant benefit applications.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED with 1.5 years of related experience.
  • Associate's degree in Medical or Behavioral Health preferred.
  • Prior experience with AZ HEAplus is required.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Must obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of starting.
  • Must pass a TB test.
