Key Responsibilities
This is a Full-Time position at Terros Health.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Bilingual candidates are preferred, with a differential pay available.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process consumer referrals for assistance.
- Assess consumer benefit requirements.
- Conduct interviews to complete necessary applications.
- Assist consumers in gathering relevant documentation for application processing.
- Track and support consumers throughout the application journey.
- Ensure service delivery meets established expectations.
- Monitor the completion of financial forms and relevant benefit applications.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1.5 years of related experience.
- Associate's degree in Medical or Behavioral Health preferred.
- Prior experience with AZ HEAplus is required.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of starting.
- Must pass a TB test.
