Position Overview:

As a Support Engineer at Bland AI, your main focus will be to ensure the successful deployment of our AI phone agents for enterprise clients. You will assist with prompting, integrations, and directly engage with clients to provide the necessary support for their success. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, ideal for individuals who thrive in a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of enterprise clients, assisting with initial prompting, integrations, and setup.
  • Conduct weekly check-in calls with project leaders and host workshops with engineers.
  • Address any client needs proactively, ensuring actions are taken to meet those needs.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Collaborating closely with our customer success and sales teams to gain insights into client requirements and enhance their success.
  • Developing conversational pathways in partnership with our clients.
  • Participating in client calls to provide support to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and comfort with prompt engineering.
  • At least 1+ years in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in enterprise environments.
  • A strong commitment to ensuring client success.
  • Attention to detail and enjoyment in cross-functional collaboration within a small team.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, from creating React components to developing APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Flexibility to work outside of typical business hours, as this role may require availability at unconventional times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing enterprise-grade AI applications.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs).
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
