Job Overview:

As a Security Officer with Gaming Enterprise, you will be responsible for providing security for all areas of our casinos, including Mystic Lake and Little Six. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees, while also creating a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide security services for all areas of the casino, including gaming floors, restaurants, and parking facilities.
  • Greet guests and answer questions to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, including theft, violence, and other safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as gaming and hospitality, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Participate in on-site training programs to expand your skills and knowledge in areas such as medical and de-escalation techniques.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in law enforcement, military, security, or customer service, or pursuing a degree in a related field.
  • Successful completion of an in-house training program.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend information and ideas in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to accept, prioritize, and follow through on work direction.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
  • Valid driver's license may be required with a good driving record.
