We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Pilot Knob Dental Care in Lakeville, MN. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing exceptional care and service to our patients.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Dental Hygienist License: Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent Working Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Velscope and Diagnodent: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Clinical Needs: Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office.
  • New Grads and Experienced Hygienists: New grads and experienced hygienists welcomed to apply.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to Perform Essential Duties: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Prolonged Sitting and Standing: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Virtual Training Sessions: Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
