Job Title: Surveillance Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have a passion for ensuring the safety and security of others? We are seeking a Surveillance Specialist to join our team at the Gaming Enterprise.

Job Summary:

The Surveillance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to emergency situations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to detect and respond to potential security threats
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents
  • Coordinate with other departments, including security, public safety, and law enforcement
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of security incidents and responses
  • Perform basic surveillance functions, including monitoring and reporting on Title 31 requirements
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Any combination of post-secondary education/certifications in law enforcement, military, or security fields, customer services, and/or related experience to equal one year
  • Ability to pass a skills test, including reading comprehension and basic math
  • Successful completion of a training program, including passing an Emergency Fire Panel Test within 30 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with multi-line/channel phone and radio systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Ability to prioritize several incidents simultaneously in stressful situations
