We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in developing programs that deliver significant value to our most passionate supporters while capturing their narratives. This position will report directly to the Director of Product, Customer, and Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for establishing a sustainable customer advocacy initiative that creates memorable experiences, transforming our clients into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
  • Build a robust pipeline of case studies by identifying clients who have gained the most from our services and incentivizing them to share their experiences.
  • Engage directly with a diverse array of Garner customers and partners, narrating their stories to vividly illustrate Garner's value in a relatable and inspiring manner.
  • Develop compelling case studies, member stories, and marketing materials that showcase Garner's impact across a wide spectrum of clients.
  • Maintain an organized internal database of customer marketing resources that is easily accessible and beneficial for cross-departmental teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or similar fields.
  • Proven ability to design sustainable programs and repeatable processes, effectively documenting and communicating program structures to align with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding writing, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for customers.
  • A proactive attitude, willing to collaborate across departments to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
