Success Academy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead, Advocacy to join our Public Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the success of our school-based elected engagement and parent advocacy program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our advocacy initiatives, working collaboratively with a small team of grassroots associates.
  • Manage and execute our grassroots elected and community engagement efforts, ensuring the efficacy and successful implementation of all mobilizations.
  • Develop inspirational and motivational advocacy educational and training materials for parents and school/network staff.
  • Conduct continuous, critical improvements to the program, ensuring it remains effective and efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of full-time work experience in advocacy and/or government relations work

Compensation Range

: $90,000 - $120,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
