We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing initiatives that deliver value to our most passionate supporters while capturing their narratives. This position will report directly to the Director of Product, Customer, and Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for establishing a sustainable customer advocacy program that delights our clients with unforgettable experiences, transforming them into enthusiastic advocates for our organization.
  • Build a robust pipeline of case studies by identifying clients who have significantly benefited from Garner and incentivizing them to share their experiences.
  • Engage directly with a diverse array of Garner customers and partners, articulating their stories to vividly illustrate Garner's value in a relatable and inspiring manner.
  • Develop compelling case studies, member narratives, and customer marketing materials that highlight Garner's impact across a diverse clientele.
  • Maintain an organized internal database of customer marketing resources that is easily searchable and beneficial for cross-functional teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create sustainable programs and repeatable processes, including effectively documenting and communicating program designs to ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Outstanding writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing customers with memorable experiences.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments to ensure the success of the organization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
