Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Representative to join our team at Mechanical Systems Company LLC.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with property management teams, business owners, and decision-makers to build relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
  • Use industry tools to determine the status of properties and identify potential customers for future opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to nurture existing relationships and open doors for future business.
Requirements:
  • Prior sales experience in a B2B setting is required.
  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are necessary.
  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission structure.
