Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Sales Representative to join our team at Mechanical Systems Company LLC.
Responsibilities:- Engage with property management teams, business owners, and decision-makers to build relationships and identify opportunities for future business.
- Use industry tools to determine the status of properties and identify potential customers for future opportunities.
- Develop strategies to nurture existing relationships and open doors for future business.
- Prior sales experience in a B2B setting is required.
- A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are necessary.
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus.
- Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission structure.

40+ hours per week.
