About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional District Sales Manager to lead our team of Territory Managers in driving sales growth, expanding customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to achieve success in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Territory Managers, providing coaching, training, and guidance to help them meet and exceed sales targets. They will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive sales growth and expansion of customer relationships
  • Coach, train, and direct Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and develop effective action plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of foodservice sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams
  • Strong industry knowledge, sales acumen, and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary range of $75,000 to $126,000 per year
  • Incentive compensation based on individual and team performance

Estimated Salary: $92,500 - $113,700 per year
