Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service representative to join our team at Pyxai, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, entering them in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and document their feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures and make suggestions for improvements to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
