Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate branch office activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
