Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at 1st Heritage Credit. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving business growth, increasing sales, and maintaining controlled delinquency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in the growth and development of the branch, including establishing and executing employee and branch goals.
  • Support the Branch Manager and team in upholding customer service standards and consistently executing delinquency and loan production goals that align with Branch Targets.
  • Take initiative to problem solve and support team members, and participate in interview and selection for branch hires.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations and serve as relief Branch Manager in their absence.
Requirements
  • 1 year experience in the Consumer Finance Industry, preferably with strong sales skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and able to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, effectively manage time, and problem solve.
  • Able and willing to be promoted to Branch Manager within a reasonable commute, and willing to relocate within your District/Division.
