Job Overview

Verida Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to oversee the DC Operation, HSCSN Relationship, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Provider Network and Training functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations, account management, and risk and compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship with HSCSN and Providers, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines and Verida established curriculum.
  • Oversee and conduct all compliance and training functions for DC Operations, including supervising the DC Compliance Administrator.
  • Assist the Corporate Compliance Department and Regional Manager with timely investigation and response to accident/incident investigations.
  • Perform unannounced spot inspections to ensure Provider vehicles and drivers are performing as contractually required.
  • Verify and maintain current and valid documentation to ensure NEMT Providers are compliant with contract requirements.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with DC-contracted NEMT Providers to ensure compliance with DC contract requirements.
  • Monitor NEMT provider training curriculum to ensure all training programs include required elements per contractual agreements.
  • Develop training schedules and conduct NEMT provider and aide training at least twice a month.
  • Review new provider documentation to determine readiness to join the network and make necessary recommendations to the Regional Manager.
  • Conduct monthly field observation activities and attend monthly meetings with the client and regional manager to address and review provider complaints, accidents, and incidents.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop/implement correction action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of all compliance efforts and quality assurance efforts as they relate to the Provider Network.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct customer relations/account management experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience.
  • Prefer three (3) years of risk and/or compliance experience.
  • Experience in NET, EMS, and/or public transit preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of training experience.
  • Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business from an accredited College or University and/or commensurate experience in the area of quality or compliance preferred.
