Job Title: Mid-Level Associate, Private Equity Group

Summary:

We are seeking a talented mid-level professional to join our private equity group in the Atlanta office. As a private equity associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a Chambers-rated and growing practice across industries, collaborating with partners on a broad range of matters for a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex merger and acquisition transactions

• Work closely with private companies on a daily basis, providing strategic guidance and support

• Collaborate with partners on a broad range of matters for various clients, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and deal execution

Requirements:

• JD degree from a reputable institution

• Admitted to practice in Georgia

• Minimum 3 years of transactional law experience, preferably in a top-tier law firm or with the SEC

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Good business judgment and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Produce high-quality work product in a timely and efficient manner, meeting deadlines and expectations
