Client Relations Specialist

Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple tasks, prioritizing requests, and working towards favorable outcomes for both the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of products to provide knowledgeable support and guidance.
  • Serve as the main liaison for designated accounts, including clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Process sales orders and keep clients informed about shipping updates.
  • Manage warranty returns from initiation to completion.
  • Provide technical support for part number inquiries.
  • Assist Field Account & Promotions Managers and Sales Managers with administrative duties.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly to address issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable attendance and self-driven.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of sitting or standing and moving around the facility.
  • Able to work in environments with noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold.
