Key Responsibilities of a Client Support Specialist:
  • Acquire and master product knowledge to serve as a reliable resource for our clients.
  • Act as the main contact for an assigned portfolio, liaising with clients, business units, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage new sales orders and provide clients with timely shipping confirmations and status updates.
  • Handle warranty return requests from initiation to resolution.
  • Offer technical support for inquiries related to part numbers.
  • Collaborate with Field Account, Promotion, and Sales Managers to deliver administrative sales assistance to the team.
  • Ensure effective and prompt communication with stakeholders, providing swift resolutions to issues and concerns.
Qualifications for the Client Support Specialist Role:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and similar software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
