Wage: $18 - $20/hr. (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to deliver precise and effective customer assistance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business groups, dealers, and distributors.
  • Efficiently process sales orders while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Keep clients updated with timely shipping confirmations and order status notifications.
  • Manage warranty return requests with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist with technical inquiries related to product specifications.
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
