Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. The individual in this role will be tasked with providing outstanding client support and assisting our Repair Facility Team with various administrative duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consistently apply the WOW (Wow Operating Way) methodology.
  • Coordinate vehicle repair appointments utilizing the Daily Demand Capacity Planner and CCC One scheduling system.
  • Secure insurance assignments and the necessary documentation for repair authorizations.
  • Assemble RO work packets for vehicle servicing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with clients and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee car rental details and ensure systems are updated accordingly.
  • Track vehicle information through the ARMS system.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
  • Experience in an auto body or related setting is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Additional Information:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
