Location: Maple Lake, MN

Working Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the client support specialist:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide precise and effective client assistance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business groups, vendors, and distributors
  • Process sales orders promptly while delivering exceptional client service
  • Keep clients updated with timely shipping confirmations and order status
  • Manage warranty return requests with meticulous attention to detail
  • Assist with technical inquiries related to product specifications
  • Maintain clear and prompt communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications for the client support specialist:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
