Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Avionics Engineer Manager to join our team. As an integral part of the New Shepard program, you will develop and manage systems engineering processes, standards, and tools for the New Shepard software and avionics system.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement systems engineering processes for software and avionics on New Shepard.
  2. Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, and Safety and Mission Assurance to ensure compliance with system requirements.
  3. Mentor and train engineers on systems engineering processes and standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years of proven engineering experience in the aerospace industry with 4+ years software development.
  • Strong system safety and mission assurance fundamentals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

BenefitsWe offer a compensation range of $170,805 - $239,127 (CA), $157,053 - $219,875 (CO), $170,805 - $239,127 (WA) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
