Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Study Hotels. This role will be responsible for guiding and managing all HR programs, policies, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire HR function, including recruiting, training, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Process weekly payroll, review time edits, pay code updates, time transfers, and ensure accuracy of payroll payments.
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts, including job posting, interviewing, drug screening, and background checks.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and training sessions, and assist department managers with job training responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance evaluation process, and assist with writing annual performance reviews and developing measurable goals.
  • Direct employee relations programs and activities, including employee recognition and general hotel meetings.
  • Partner with the executive committee to coach, counsel, and create accountability to company policies and brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven advancement record and currently employed in a management position.
  • Skilled in advanced HR software programs and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, and ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments, external vendors, and guests.
