Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to the Route Operations Specialist, ensuring the smooth operation of our Deli Provisions Hub. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate schedule requests from the corporate office
• Reconcile AR/AP and manage check deposits
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and adjustments
• Process team expense reports and submissions
• Track compliance with third-party auditing software, GoSpotCheck
• Organize calendars and schedules for route operations
• Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
• Maintain organized files and records
• Provide excellent customer service and communication

Requirements:

• High School diploma plus specialized training in general administrative practices
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
