We are seeking a dedicated Residency Program Coordinator for the Internal Medicine department.
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
The Residency Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Program Director, Associate Program Directors, and Residency Program Managers by ensuring the smooth operation of program activities. The Coordinator will handle various administrative tasks, including:
- Managing data entry and monitoring of essential program documentation.
- Organizing meetings and events, including maintaining agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
- Coordinating logistics for program events, such as scheduling venues, arranging audio/visual support, and catering services.
- Assisting in the management of operational activities within the program.
- Supporting various program events, including orientations, graduations, conferences, and interviews.
- Providing assistance with electronic databases relevant to residency management.
- Facilitating registration and scheduling for In-Training Exams.
- Collecting and organizing recruitment documents as needed.
- Maintaining and updating the program's website.
- Offering travel and administrative support to program leadership.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Working Environment:
The position involves light physical effort and is primarily sedentary in nature, with pleasant working conditions.
