  • Compliance Monitoring: Utilize vehicle tracking systems to ensure adherence to compliance standards and benchmarks.
  • Reporting Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to zoning, scheduling, and route efficiency to provide insights for Service and Operations leadership.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits on operational reporting to facilitate managerial review and strategic action.
  • Training Coordination: Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Office Managers to plan and implement training events and team-building activities that enhance employee development and company culture.
  • Technical Support: Assist technicians with route-related issues and provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives regarding scheduling and operational queries.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive Maintenance Plans for new clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Performance Metrics: Update and evaluate reporting tools and metrics to drive financial success and operational efficiency.
