The Service Controller plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of our service operations at Heritage Pools, LLC. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication between field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Route Development: Design and organize daily and weekly schedules for Maintenance Technicians, Service Technicians, and trainers to maximize productivity.
- Communication: Maintain regular dialogue with Field Supervisors to clarify expectations and workload management.
- Order Management: Review and dispatch same-day service requests to the field team, providing necessary details and instructions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Utilize vehicle tracking systems to ensure adherence to compliance standards and benchmarks.
- Reporting Analysis: Generate and analyze reports related to zoning, scheduling, and route efficiency to provide insights for Service and Operations leadership.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits on operational reporting to facilitate managerial review and strategic action.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with Field Supervisors and Office Managers to plan and implement training events and team-building activities that enhance employee development and company culture.
- Technical Support: Assist technicians with route-related issues and provide guidance to Customer Service Representatives regarding scheduling and operational queries.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop comprehensive Maintenance Plans for new clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Update and evaluate reporting tools and metrics to drive financial success and operational efficiency.
