Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests while proactively anticipating their needs.
  • Provide guests with directions, travel details, and information regarding available services and attractions.
  • Manage reservations, rentals, and oversee the registration process.
  • Utilize a cash register and/or software system to process financial transactions.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, delivering messages as necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and colleagues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of guest concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.00 to $18.25, influenced by factors such as the applicant's skills, qualifications, relevant degrees and certifications, prior experience, market data, and other pertinent considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions, if applicable.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Prior experience in guest services.
  • Experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
