Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and implement effective care delivery models and processes.
  • Facilitate staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee development, including recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
Requirements
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
  • One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
