Business Development Manager

Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading provider of HR technology and service solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and partnerships
- Develop and execute aggressive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers
- Maintain ownership of the sales cycle, including post-sale implementation processes
- Negotiate pricing and scope-of-service with prospective clients
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism and integrity
